Starfish Swimming FAQs

Instructors who wish to teach students with special needs using our AngelFish curriculum must first obtain additional training by taking the online course titled Introduction to Adapted Aquatics.

We will help establish an instructor trainer within your organization so that you have control of your training needs. You also have the flexibility to select the best method for training your instructors—a traditional 40-hour course (equivalent to a WSI course) or through an apprenticeship method where your instructors learn to teach by teaching with an experienced instructor, combined with workshop sessions.
