SAI, along with our partner in emergency care training, the American Safety & Health Institute, is committed to the highest levels of excellence in both its materials and their delivery. Quality management is a critical element that is ingrained in every aspect of our operations. Our programs, staff, training providers, and instructors are all held to rigorous standards that exceed those of many other national training and certification organizations.
Our experience is that student evaluations conducted at class time in the presence of the instructor often do not accurately reflect the students’ impression of the program. With our Rate Your Program tool, we allow students the opportunity to give us their feedback in an unpressured environment. The survey measures the following:

- Program content
- Teaching staff
- Program materials
- Physical facilities
Complete a Rate Your Program Survey
If a persuasive complaint about an instructor or training provider is received on a Rate Your Program form, SAI will investigate. Anonymous complaints are not accepted. Following review of the complaint and allowing the training provider or instructor to respond, SAI will take one of the following actions:
- Dismiss the complaint without action.
- Require that the training provider and/or instructor implement reasonable and specific quality management measures.
- Revoke the SAI training provider agreement and instructor authorization.
